STEP 1

You’ve gotta apply

Our community is full of authentic brands, with stories that customers love and we want to keep it that way. Fill out the application form and we’ll approve you usually in just a few hours.

STEP 2

Set a password

If you’re approved, you’ll receive an email letting you know that you’ve been approved, hit the link and choose a password (we’re listing out little steps like this because there’s not much!)

STEP 3

Profiling Questions

Answer some easy questions about your customers and your perfect customer, we’ll use these to create your own community of brands for you to shout out and be shouted out by.

STEP 4

Your first Ads

Connect us to your Instagram, we’re an API partner, and we’ll create your first ads, check them out and make any edits that you like.

STEP 5

Your brand Matches

We’ll show you all the brands that we’ve matched you with to shout out and be shouted out by. Remove anyone you don’t want to match with, and add any others that you do!

STEP 6

Setting up your Shoutouts

You can shout out brands in three ways, through your emails, Instagram stories and on the post-purchase confirmation page on your website. You can set each of these up very quickly and easily by following our simple instructions.

STEP 7

Set up your billing

Add your billing details (Ampjar is just US$22 per month, FREE until July 1 2020, cancel any time) and you’re done!

Including some time to stop and feed the cat/a small child, you’ll easily do that in 20 mins!

What now?

Now the fun really begins, you can shout out brands in your emails and on social as often as you wish. We’ll put shoutouts on your post-purchase confirmation page on your website, and make sure that your community is shouting you out without you doing anything else.

Then every month

At the end of every month we’ll create some new matches for you and send them to you to review. Once the 1st of the next month hits, that’s your new community to shout out and be shouted out by in return!

We’ll also create new ads for you to keep everything fresh, and you can create your own whenever you like.

  • Who can I collaborate with?

    We have lots of brands that are perfect for you. You might find that your perfect customers come from brands in very different areas. For instance, a great way for a jewellery brand to target women in their 30’s might be through a brand that sells beautiful kids clothes to young mums. We’ve seen it work very well in lots of different ways.

  • What do I get for shouting someone out?

    You earn Amp Credits that you can then use to pay other brands to shout you out to their customers. It’s a beautiful economy of brands working together to help each other grow!

  • How many sales will I get?

    As with any marketing, we can never be 100% sure. We recommend you view this as an ongoing activity. It’s unlikely that the first time you see a brand you jump in and buy that same day, and it’s the same here. Consider collaborating with brands more than once, build trust and the results will come!

  • What will my customers think?

    Your customers will love it. The biggest piece of feedback we get from brands that host content is that they love sending more interesting campaigns, because their customers love them. At Ampjar our mission is to build a community where people and brands thrive together through meaningful, joyful and rewarding relationships. We want you and your customers to benefit from this.

  • Will you just place other people's content into my social, emails and website?

    No way! You always choose who you work with. Your campaign is all about you, your content, and your customers. When you collaborate with another brand the approved ad will be stylishly displayed at the bottom of your campaign.

  • How much does it cost to advertise through other brands?

    The costs varies depending on the brand’s customer database as well as how many people typically open and click on their emails. That means that you will pay a little more for a brand with large reach and awesome engagement, and a little less for large reach with good to fair engagement. Ultimately, the choice is yours and you can spend your amp credits as you like. Go and have a play!
